What We Do
SISU Consulting provides strategic guidance, facilitation, and planning support for movements, municipalities, and mission-driven organizations committed to equity, justice, and community power.
SISU is a practice rooted in courage, collaboration, and cultural memory.
We are planners, facilitators, and movement strategists grounded in abolitionist values. We come from community organizing, public planning, journalism, and nonprofit leadership. We’re systems-literate but not systems-bound.
Our team believes:
Planning is political and spiritual.
Community is the expert.
Liberation is possible—and urgent.
We work across geographies, sectors, and identities to build relationships that honor sovereignty, story, and solidarity.
